PASCO, WA – The Ranch & Home Arena at the TRAC Center has been transformed into a muddy and bumpy course for Arenacross racers this weekend.

The event has been coming to the Tri-Cities for over a decade and was one of the first events held at the TRAC Center ever. Racers of all ages compete in their divisions. Many of the racers are the same people you would see competing in motocross competitions outdoors, but they have to train differently for an indoor course.

"This stuff here is really technical. It is a lot of time sequence. Here everything is timed so you can actually OJ at the jump. Which they cal OJ means over jump it and you can run into other people and stuff like that so it takes a lot of preparation," explained one of the local racers Darrin Gerlack.

One of the highlights of the night is when winter X-Games champion Heath Frisby flips his snowmobile inside the Ranch & Home Arena. Something you most definitely don't get to see every day.
