If you're juggling 3 varsity sports, your faith, and other extracurricular activities, you need to arrange your priorities. According to this week's academic all star, Jeffery Weyand.

‘Priorities. Always room for goals you achieve that are your priorities. Have to find the balance between biggest priorities and find spot in your time for things that aren't very high on your list,' says Weyand.

As if sports and maintaining a 3.5 GPA isn't enough, he's also an Eagle Scout.

‘Biggest things you do as an Eagle Scout is a leadership service project. My project, I built a Pavilion for a Park, that along took 900 hours,' says Weyand.

He plans on being an Orthopedic Surgeon after college, and his coaches have all the faith in the world in him.

‘If he does become an orthopedic surgeon, we can definitely use his skills in the wrestling room as far as that's concerned. Fix some of us up as we get older. Great example for our young athletes come in as freshman, not just how to act on the mat, work hard in the wrestling room, how to act in the classroom, in the community, how in general to be a good guy,' says Assistant Wrestling Coach Andrew Ashworth.
