SPOKANE, Wash. - Timothy Suckow's criminal history goes back some 30 years, to 1982, in Spokane. But what might reveal more about him, his thought process and his actions, is his disturbing mental history. KHQ's Kelsey Watts poured over court documents from 1995 that detail Suckow's court history. They state he became "a competent adult and functional human being" around age 30, after being medicated for mental illness and bipolar manic-depression.

But before age 30, in 1982, Suckow burglarized what was Pieroni's restaurant on East Third in Spokane. He also burglarized a home on North Campbell in Otis Orchards. A year later a "violent psychotic disturbance" led him to destroy his apartment on North Colton Street.

He was then admitted to Sacred Heart, where medical staff made disturbing notes about his "history of devil worshipping, explosive anger, and paranoia," noting Suckow himself said "I'm always hearing voices, Satan talking to me." A year later, his condition only got worse, and he spoke of being possessed by a demon. The documents go on to say that Suckow attempted suicide a number of times, and has been admitted and discharged from Eastern State Hospital at least three times.

Suckow was under supervision by Washington's Department of Corrections until 1995. Since then he has had no documented arrests in Spokane.

The Parents Television Council describes the second season of the series as "a ticking time bomb to teens and children." It wants both seasons yanked. A request for comment from Netflix wasn't immediately returned Monday.

    PRISTINA, Kosovo (AP) - A Kosovo court has imprisoned two ethnic Albanians in an organ harvesting case.   The Pristina court on Thursday sentenced former urologist Lutfi Dervishi to seven-and-a-half years and a fine of 8,000 euros ($9,400). He cannot exercise his profession for two years after his prison term ends.   Another person, Sokol Hajdini, was sentenced to one year in prison.
