It's finally here! Part four of SWX's slideshow installments detailing the Seattle Seahawks 23-17 NFC Championship victory over the San Francisco 49ers. And we promise, this last series of photos from the final quarter of the game won't disappoint! 

See Richard Sherman make the play that will live on in northwest sports history as, "The Tip." Take a glimpse Malcolm Smith sealing the Seahawks trip to Super Bowl XLVIII with his basket-catch interception in the endzone. Feel the emotion oozing out of the pixels as Seattle's players knew the game was theirs and a trip to East Rutherford, N.J. on Feb. 2 was going to happen. The first Super Bowl appearance for every single player on the roster. 

But wait. This can't be the final one. What about the celebration? What about Macklemore declaring that moment as the greatest moment in Seattle sports history? Don't worry. We won't let you miss out on seeing all of those pictures on Saturday, Jan. 25, in our NFC Championship Celebration slideshow. There were just too many great moments, we couldn't fit them into four rounds of pics.

      Spokane saw its comeback attempt come up short after Melvin Novoa scored on a wild pitch in the ninth inning to cut the Salem-Keizer lead to 3-2.

    • Sounders complete historic comeback, beating D.C. United 4-3

      The Seattle Sounders fell into a three-goal deficit, but staged a remarkable second-half comeback that saw them bag four goals in 27 minutes en-route to a 4-3 victory over D.C. United at CenturyLink Field on Wednesday night.

    • Mariners beat Astros, 4-1 and win series

      Paxton (9-3) allowed six hits and one run in seven innings, after not allowing a run in his previous two starts against Houston this season. It's the fourth straight win for Paxton, who struck out seven.

    • Indians beat Volcanoes in walk-off fashion, 2-1

      Isaias Quiroz hit a walk-off single with one out in the ninth inning, as the Spokane Indians topped the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 2-1.

The Seahawks’ current roster came in at No. 11 among the 32 NFL clubs, finishing just outside the top-10 behind the Carolina Panthers.
