Pasco City Manager to Retire

PASCO, WA - After 36 years of working for the City of Pasco, City Manager Gary Crutchfield will retire.

Crutchfield made an announcement at Monday night's city council meeting that he plans to retire from public service in June.

Crutchfield started at as the Community Development Director back in 1978 and was promoted to City Manager in 1984.

Crutchfield has been recognized many times over the years for his leadership, receiving the "Pathfinder" Award from the Washington Research Council in 1996, the "Outstanding Support" Award from the Southeast Washington Association of School Districts in 2003, and the "Sam Volpentest Leadership" Award in 2009.
