YAKIMA, WA - Students and teachers at Perry Technical institute in Yakima showed off some 12th man pride Wednesday morning.
A group of about 100 students and teachers gathered in front of the school for a picture to support the Seahawks in this weekend's big game against the broncos.
Organizers said they do this because it's not just Seattle's team, people across the state root for the hawks.
"It's pretty much a Pacific Northwest team. You don't have another team within miles. You have to go all the way down to California, but it's our state, it's our town, I mean that's what Washington state is known for...Seattle and the Seattle Seahawks," said Michael Palencia who works at Perry Tech.
This is the second time Perry Tech took their Seahawks picture, but this year showed the most support for the team.
