WALLA WALLA, WA - The popular TV series, Finding Bigfoot, is filming in Walla Walla. The Blue Mountains have long been known as Sasquatch stomping grounds and now they're about to get some national recognition.
The crew stopped by a popular burger joint, Mr. Ed's, on Tuesday and found a burger named after one of the show's stars. It's called the Bobo Burger. You'll see the namesake chow one down when the episode airs.
Bigfoot has been tracked for decades in the Walla Walla area and people from all over the world have traveled there to learn more.
At Mr. Ed's, they're just happy to feed some hungry hunters.
"We went back there and we tried to create some different ideas and stuff and that's what we came up with. The chips and the bleu cheese and so it was kind of fun. Then we decided instead of a hamburger bun we'll stretch it out like a foot. A big ole foot. So it made it a Bobo. So it's on a big ole Alpine," said restaurant manger O'Brien Kern.
Apparently Mr. Ed's is a good spot to see the Blue Mountains. From the windows you can see where Bigfoot tracks have allegedly been found and that's where the crew was shooting for Finding Bigfoot.
