Kennewick Man Follows Window Painting Tradition for 23 Years

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, WA - It is a 23 year old Super Bowl tradition. Every year a Kennewick man paints the two Super Bowl team helmets on his front window for his neighbors and friends to enjoy.

But this year is extra special because he gets to paint his favorite team's logo. The whole family helps out in the design. They say it is just a fun way to get into the Super Bowl

"We get a lot people that kind of go by real slow and take a look and stare and give us a thumbs up ad stuff go hawks its pretty fun,"  Bill Sliger said adding that he will keep following the tradition and is hoping for a Seahawks win Sunday.
