*Wind Chill Warning for NE WA, the ID Panhandle & Extreme W MT (Clark Fork) extended until 10am Thursday; dangerous wind chill temperatures down to –30°

Thursday: Another VERY cold start to the day. Actual temperatures are colder than yesterday, but wind chill (for the most part) isn't QUITE as cold but still between -10 to -20° around Spokane. Mostly sunny to start, clouds increasing late afternoon/evening. High: 13° (Red for Temps)

Thursday Night: Some moisture that's been in Central Oregon will start to lift to the NNE tonight. That'll bring the chance for some light snow showers late Thursday/early Friday. Expecting an inch or less in Spokane. Camas Prairie & Blue Mtns could get 1-3" and the LC Valley 1-2". Low: 4° (Yellow)

Friday: Models showing snow showers will continue to be possible through much of the morning...eventually weakening and moving NE by late morning/early afternoon. Mostly cloudy after that. High: 18° (Yellow)

    CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A man who ran through a New Hampshire apartment complex terrorizing residents while naked, also threw glass at police officers and beat a dog before being hit with a stun gun and arrested.    The Concord Monitor reports that 28-year-old Irakoze Ildephonse had appeared high on drugs Wednesday afternoon while he ran through the building banging on doors.
