*Wind Chill Warning for NE WA, the ID Panhandle & Extreme W MT (Clark Fork) extended until 10am Thursday; dangerous wind chill temperatures down to –30°

Thursday: Another VERY cold start to the day. Actual temperatures are colder than yesterday, but wind chill (for the most part) isn't QUITE as cold but still between -10 to -20° around Spokane. Mostly sunny to start, clouds increasing late afternoon/evening. High: 13° (Red for Temps)

Thursday Night: Some moisture that's been in Central Oregon will start to lift to the NNE tonight. That'll bring the chance for some light snow showers late Thursday/early Friday. Expecting an inch or less in Spokane. Camas Prairie & Blue Mtns could get 1-3" and the LC Valley 1-2". Low: 4° (Yellow)

Friday: Models showing snow showers will continue to be possible through much of the morning...eventually weakening and moving NE by late morning/early afternoon. Mostly cloudy after that. High: 18° (Yellow)

-Watch for signs of frostbite (white, grayish skin) and hypothermia (slurred speech and body temp dropping).

-If trapped outside, get out of the wind and stay dry

The Sheriff's Office says state mobilization has been approved for the fire, which means firefighting resources from across the state of Washington can be assigned to help fight the fire.
