Seahawks Parade Party At River Park Square

SPOKANE, Wash. -

KHQ and SWX televised the Seahawks' parade and party on Wednesday on a giant inflatable screen at River Park Square. Dan Kleckner, Stephanie Vigil and Sam Adams moderated the parade coverage during a viewing party at the mall. The mall gave away freebies every 12 minutes, including cupcakes from Sweet Frostings.

      Austin O'Banion homered and singled twice, scoring a couple of runs while also driving home two as the Spokane Indians defeated the Tri-City Dust Devils 8-7 on Wednesday.

      The 31-year-old left-hander beat his former organization, having spent most of the season at the Braves' Triple-A club. He went 12-3 but never got a call to the big leagues.
