WALLA WALLA, WA - All four West Complex units at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla are on lockdown after an inmate stabbed another inmate this morning.

The State Department of Corrections says it happened about 8:30 a.m. in a common area of D Unit. Staff members responded immediately and secured the unit. They found a sharpened weapon that was used in the attack.

26-year-old Justin Crenshaw is being held in a segregation unit while local law enforcement and prison staff investigate.
