Police Arrest Four People after Attempted Kidnapping

KENNEWICK, WA - Four people from Kennewick are in the Benton County Jail after police say they tried to kidnap a man. 

Kennewick Police say 25-year-old Rachel Heintz lured the man into a garage on West 9th Avenue where two other men attacked him and tied him up with twine. 

Officers arrested Heintz along with 29-year-old Robert Beck,19-year-old Jarad Mo and 48-year-old Scott Andrews.

Police say they found out something was going on when one of the alleged kidnappers accidentally pocket dialed 9-1-1.

Detectives say they also found methamphetamine, prescription drugs, and drug paraphernalia at the home.

Officers say the man who the people tried to kidnap suffered a cut to his head. Paramedics took him to Trios Health.
