Eastern Washington University women's basketball coach Wendy Schuller joined Michelle Dapper and Leslie Lowe in the SWX Studio on Friday, Feb. 7, to talk about the Eagle's Cancer Awareness Day at Reese Court on Saturday, Feb. 8. 

EWU will offer free admission to fans who wear pink clothing to Saturday's game verse Montana at 2:00 p.m. KHQ/SWX's Leslie Lowe will be in attendance for special recognition and to spread the word of Marisa's Wish

Marisa is Lowe's stepdaughter who has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer twice now. Marisa's Wish is to raise awareness for ovarian cancer and to encourage all women to get tests done if something doesn't feel right. 

Head to Cheney tomorrow for some great basketball and to raise awareness for a great cause!

      The Pavilion on the campus of UC Davis proved to be one of the toughest places in the country to play this season. The Idaho Vandals learned that first hand, falling to the Aggies 82-62 in the first round of the Women's National Invitational Tournament on Thursday.

      Johnathan Williams was the star for Gonzaga today, ending with a game-high 19 points on 8-12 shooting. Josh Perkins (16 pts) and Norvell Jr. (15pts) were the only other Zags to finish the game in double-figures.
