Coroner's Office Releases Name of Man Shot & Killed in Possible Home Invasion
The Franklin County Coroner's Office has confirmed Stephan Sergio Aceves, 28, was the man shot and killed early Friday morning.
PASCO, WA - The Franklin County Coroner's Office has confirmed Stephan Sergio Aceves, 28, was the man shot and killed early Friday morning.
Investigators say Aceves was banging on a door along the 8000 block in Savary Drive in Pasco. It woke the family up and they say Aceves was trying to get into their home. That's when a man living there shot the Aceves several times and killed him.
The incident is under investigation.

Police say homeowners on the 8000 block of Savary Drive in Pasco woke up around 2:00 a.m. to a man banging on their door, trying to get in their home. Officers say a woman living there called 911, and a man living there shot the intruder several times.
Police say they're still trying to figure out what exactly led up to the shooting to determine if it's justifiable as self defense.
