UPDATE: Donations Pour In For The Moscow Special Olympics Team

MOSCOW, Idaho -

UPDATE: The Moscow Rebels have been able to borrow enough equipment from other teams and raise enough money for new equipment to compete in the State Winter Games. They want to thank everyone for their support in this time of need.

Moscow Police confirm a thief broke into a storage facility on the 1900 block of South Main Street and stole a significant amount of equipment from the Moscow Special Olympics Team. They are competitors in the State Winter Games which are just weeks away and now they don't have enough equipment to compete.     COLBERT, Wash. - We've hit that period in the year where bugs can really be a problem. The black flies are definitely back and they're biting. Tips to avoid being bit include avoiding areas where the bugs are popular, wearing long sleeves and pants, wearing clothing that is light colored as well as utilizing bug spray. Sara Bunke has taking these precautions but the flies are still eating up her son.

    A witness says she watched cars being swept by flash flooding through a downtown street in Ellicott City, Maryland.    Jessica Ur, a server at a cafe on the city's Main Street, told The Baltimore Sun she saw the gushing brown waters carry three or four parked cars down the street.
