Hermiston City Officials Want to Hear from Residents

Posted: Updated:

HERMISTON, OR - People who live in Hermiston will get to have a say in who their new City Manager will be. The Mayor and City Council want to hear from residents via survey. They want to know what matters to people in choosing the next one. The link to the survey is posted below.

A public input session is scheduled for February 25 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hermiston Conference Center. The Prothram Company will be there to speak with people. Representatives from the company will then develop a profile for the position.

The current city manager is Ed Brookshier. He's retiring after 23 years. City officials hope to have his replacement by late this year.
