Chase Rieff said it took him 36 hours to paint the mural. He worked on it over the span of a week.

Rieff said he hopes his art form eases some of the negative feelings associated with graffiti like gang signs and vandalism.

"How could I make this good," said Rieff. "How could I bring it to different cities and show that not all graffiti is bad, and that's my interpretation of how I painted this."

Rieff said art is his passion, and he wants to do more tasteful graffiti artwork around the Lower Valley.
