HERMISTON, OR - Umatilla County Sheriff Deputies say two men are in jail for their involvement in a shooting, but deputies are still looking for one woman.

Deputies say before midnight on Friday, 28-year-old Jerome Martel Price, (pictured left) 23-year-old Javier Noe Martinez, (pictured right) and 23-year-old Otelia Lucinda Ramirez confronted two people near the 1800 block of N.E. 10th Street in Hermiston.

Deputies say David Leon Colbray of Hermiston and 22-year-old Vanessa Dunmeyer had been heading towards Stockman's where Dunmeyer had left her jacket earlier that night, when the Price, Martinez and Ramirez blocked them in their car.

During an argument, deputies say Price took items that belonged to Colbray. As Colbray and Dunmeyer were escaping from their car, deputies say Martinez shot at it, and hit Colbray in the back.

Colbray went with Dunmeyer to the Hermiston Police Department where paramedics took him to the hospital. He was treated and released.

Over the weekend, investigators say they learned Dunmeyer believes Ramirez has some issues with her.

On Monday, deputies arrested Price and booked him on a parole violation. Deputies later arrested Martinez and booked him for first degree assault.
