PASCO, WA- A Pasco man will go on trial this summer for
first degree murder.
Police arrested Guadalupe
Montejano, 47, in January after officers found the body of Jamie Acevedo, 46,
in his apartment. Detectives say Montejano cut the woman's throat and then hid
her body in a closet beneath a sleeping bag.
He remains in jail on $500,000 bond.
County Superior Court Judge Carrie Runge set his trial for July.
