PASCO, WA - If you have an adventurous side, the 2014 Tri-Cities Great Outdoor Expo and RV Sale is happening at the TRAC in Pasco.
More than 65 vendors are setting up for the two-day show this weekend. Tons of RVs and outdoor activities are featured at the show, including information on area hiking trails, white water rafting and moose hunting expeditions.
There is also an exotic animal exhibit, named "A Walk on the Wild Side", which allows you to take a picture with a baby tiger and encounter other wild cats.
Jim Warner, the owner of Solid Structures and a vendor at the show, says it is the perfect event for an outdoor enthusiast.
"People that need Rvs, people that do hunting and fishing, they got stuff that needs stored and they want to keep it dry and keep their Rvs in good condition where they don't get ruined. So, they're our type of clientele," said Warner.
The expo, sponsored by Chief's RV in Pasco, is Saturday, March 1st from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 2nd from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors, military with identification, and children 6-16. The show is free for children 5 and under.
