Interstate 90 Reopens After Heavy Snowfall

SNOQUALMIE, WA - The WSDOT says I-90 is back open from milepost 33 near North Bend to milepost 106 near Ellensburg, including Snoqualmie Pass. Crews reopened the lanes around 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

SNOQUALMIE, WA. - WSDOT estimates I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass will reopen around 4:30 p.m. Monday. Avalanche control is planned for 1:30 p.m. and crews are also continuing to clear snow from the roadway.

SNOQUALMIE, WA - The Washington State Department of Transportation has closed all of Interstate 90 over Snoqualmie Pass due to snow slides and heavy snowfall.

Westbound lanes are stopped at milepost 106 at Ellensburg, and eastbound lanes are stopped at milepost 33 at North Bend.

Crews closed the interstate just after midnight Monday and say they will reassess the road conditions at first light.

No word when the interstate may reopen.
