Spokane Shock wide receiver Mike Washington joined Sam Adams in the SWX Studio on Tuesday, March 4, for another edition of Shock Talk. 

Washington played the past three seasons for the Pittsburgh Power and racked up 365 receptions, 4,446 yards receiving and 100 receiving TDs, finishing with more than 1,350 yards and 30 TD in his first three Arena Football League season. Washington leaves Pittsburgh as the franchise's all-time leading receiver. 

The Shock acquired Washington from the Power for quarterback Avrell Nelson and offensive line Ben Ossai on Oct. 3, 2013. Washington will join Adron Tennell (156 receptions, 1,792 yards receiving, 49 TD) and Brandon Thompkins (65 receptions, 913 yards receiving, 16 TD), Kamar Jorden is currently on the Other League Exempt list and is with the Minnesota Vikings organization. 

Later on SWX Tonight at 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, head strength and conditioning coach Drew Buchkoski and assistant strength and conditioning coach and former Shock player Raul Vijil will be in studio for another round of Shock Talk.
