STATE B Tournament Rolls On

KHQ.COM - For the first time in the history of the State B Tournament 24 games will be broadcast LIVE in their entirety.

It all started at 9 a.m. on Thursday with LIVE, raw feeds from the east court at the Spokane Arena and will continue with primetime games to be broadcast in the evening. That same schedule repeats on Friday. And then on Saturday we'll broadcast all 4 State Championship games.

    LYNNWOOD, Wash. - The body of 6-year-old Dayvid Pakko has been found in a dumpster at an apartment in Lynnwood, and the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department says there is evidence he was the victim of homicide.Major Crimes detectives are now investigating and a 19-year-old male has been taken into custody. He is a relative of the boy. The boy was reported missing at about 5 p.m. Monday.

    KINGSTON, N.Y. - Bill Pullman is a bit of a klutz when it comes to holding onto a film award. The "Independence Day" actor was the recipient of the Excellence in Acting Award at the Woodstock Film Festival last Saturday night in Kingston, in New York's Hudson Valley. The Daily Freeman reports that after being handed the award, Pullman placed it on a shelf attached to the lectern on the stage.
