KENNEWICK, WA - A man from Kennewick is in jail on felony harassment charges after police say he threatened people.

Kennewick Police say 22-year-old Patrick Thomas Whiteman told 47-year-old Robert Lack over the phone, that he was going to use an airsoft gun and shoot people at Lack's office, and then protest out front.

Officers say Lack took the threat seriously, placed the office into lockdown, and called 911.

Police arrested Whiteman and booked him into the Benton County Jail.
