RICHLAND, WA - Richland Police say a man from Outlook is now in jail for threatening people with a gun Monday morning.
Officers say just before 6:00 A.M., 26-year-old Robert L. Ozuna pulled out a revolver during a fight at a home on the 1300 block of Williams Boulevard.
Police say he pointed the gun at several people, and threatened to kill some of the people inside. Officers say people talked him Ozuna into leaving and called 911, but when police arrived, they couldn't find him.
Officers say about an hour and a half later, they found Ozuna hiding in a backyard down the street, with a loaded .38 caliber revolver nearby.
Police say the revolver was listed as stolen out of Soap Lake. Officers say Ozuna is a convicted felon and a gang member.
Police arrested and booked him into the Benton County Jail for four counts of assault, possession of a stolen firearm, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
