PASCO, WA - Two burglary suspects are in custody after Franklin County Deputies say they were caught in the act.

The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday along West Sagemoor Road. A property owner told deputies he caught two people attempting to steal his utility trailer and items from an out building on the property.

The suspects disconnected the trailer but ran away when the owner found them. Deputies caught up with the two driving at a high speed on Birch Road. After a brief pursuit, deputies conducted a high risk stop and arrested Dominic Lee Bailey and Nichole Michelle Studer. They booked them into the Franklin County Jail on charges of 2nd degree burglary.
