CRIME TRACKER: Friday Fugitive Arrested

Posted: Updated:
KHQ.COM - Another person featured in KHQ’s Fugitive Friday segment is under arrest. The Crime Trackers featured Anthony Fuentes March 7th on KHQ Local News Today. There were three warrants out for Fuentes, including escape from Department of Corrections Control. He has an 18-year criminal history, which includes convictions for riot and assault.

Investigators caught up with Fuentes just days after he was featured on KHQ. Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest says a tipster told them Fuentes was hiding out in Montana and that’s where investigators found him. This was the second Friday Fugitive arrest made last week. Investigators also arrested J.D. Miller, who was featured in a KHQ Fugitive Friday segment in February.

Crime Stoppers works with law enforcement to bring wanted fugitives to justice. If you know where a wanted person is hiding and can lead investigators to them, Crime Stoppers wants to hear from you. Call 1-800-222-TIPS to make an anonymous report. If it leads to a fugitive, you can be up for a cash reward without even giving your name.
