MEAD, Wash. - One person was taken to the hospital after a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 2 at Mt. Spokane Park Drive.

Troopers say a woman was pulling out of a parking lot onto Highway 2 when she was T-boned by another vehicle.

Emergency crews arriving on scene had to extricate the woman from the car. She was transported to the hospital for treatment to her injuries. Washington State Patrol did not immediately know the extent of her injuries, but we are told they are non life-threatening.

Multiple lanes of Highway 2 were blocked for some time, however all lanes are now back open.
