KENNEWICK, WA - A four-time Washington state girls wrestling champion who was an assistant coach for girls wrestling at Pasco High School is now facing charges for child molestation.

A Franklin County Superior Court judge charged Sheridan Ann McDonald, 21, on Wednesday. McDonald is accused of kissing and inappropriately touching a female student.

Officers began investigating in January after the girl's father reported inappropriate conduct. The district fired McDonald on January 14th.

McDonald has been in custody since Friday and will be back in court on Tuesday. Her bond is set at $10,000.

McDonald won her fourth state championship as a senior at Kiona-Benton High School in 2011.
