NEAR RICHLAND, WA - "The show must go on" was the motto for a Seattle band involved in a rollover accident Thursday morning along Interstate 82, just outside of Richland.

Band members, of "Friends and Family," were on their way to a music festival in Boise, Idaho when the driver fell asleep. Mangled mirrors, shattered glass, and a caved-in roof are all that's left of the 1998 Buick, that Holly Dahlstrom was driving.

"My grandma gave me this car and said it's safer for the band to be in a bigger car...she was right," said driver Holly Dahlstrom.

Dahlstrom and her band mates left Seattle, around 5 a.m., bound for Boise to play at the Treefort Music Festival.

Troopers say Dahlstrom fell sleep at the wheel near the Dallas Road exit on I-82 where she hit a rumble strip, causing her car to flip and roll.

"I over-compensated on the turn, then it just swerved and went tumbling down the highway," Dahlstrom said.

The four people in the car all escaped with their lives. However an ambulance took one of the passengers to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Dahlstrom got a ticket for negligent driving, but that didn't keep her spirits down. Instead the band focused on getting back on the road again.

"We're renting a car and the show must go on," she said.

The eastbound Dallas Road exit was closed for an hour while crews worked to clean up the accident.

Dahlstrom says "Friends and Family" is still scheduled to play Thursday night at 9 o'clock
