The Arizona Rattlers defeated the Spokane Shock 68-49 in the pair's second Arena Football League game of the season on Sunday, Mar. 23, behind 225 yards passing and 8 touchdowns from Rattlers quarterback Nick Davila.

The Shock (1-1) were led by Erik Meyer's 352 yards passing and 6 TD's, but he threw 2 interceptions that proved to be costly. Mike Washington finished with nine receptions for 102 yards receiving and 4 trips to the endzone.

Maurice Purify was Davila's favorite target, he finished with 74 yards receiving and 4 touchdowns to lead Arizona (2-0) in those categories.

Both the Shock and the Rattlers will be have a bye week next week.
