FATAL CRASH: 1 Dead, 1 Injured In Alcohol Related Vehicle Rollover Into Davis Creek

KHQ.COM - Just before 3am Friday morning authorities responded to a single vehicle rollover into Davis Creek just 6 miles South of Usk on Hwy 211. One person was injured and one person was killed in this crash. Alcohol was a factor.

The deceased victim has been identified as 40-year-old Barbara Pierre of Spokane. She was driving the vehicle, a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, at the time of the crash.

The passenger in the vehicle was 37-year-old Edward Scott of Battle Ground. He was injured in this crash and transported to Newport Hospital.

Pierre was driving Southbound on highway 211 near Davis Lake when she lost control and the vehicle rolled off the East side of the roadway onto its top and into the creek.

No charges have been filed in this incident.

Highway 211 opened back up around 6:30am.
