SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - We can all learn a lesson or two from Olivia Prater. Just 17 years old and a junior at Mt. Spokane High School, she's been inspired by her friendship with a fellow junior who has endured more than most. Lucas Morgan, 16, was born with Down syndrome and was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 14.
