UPDATE/WALLA WALLA COUNTY, WA - The AMBER Alert has been canceled. 8-year-old Jasmine Sphuler has been found in the local area. She is in good condition. No other details about the mother have been released.

WALLA WALLA COUNTY, WA - Walla Walla Police have issued an AMBER Alert for an eight-year-old from Walla Walla.

Officers say Jasmine Sphuler may be with her mother, 28-year-old Lizabeth Annette Sphuler.

Jasmine is four feet tall and weighs about 60 pounds. She has brown hair and brown, almond shaped eyes.

Lizabeth is 5'6" and weighs about 116 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Walla Walla Police say Jasmine called a family friend to tell her that her mother had cut her wrists. When officers got to the home on 4th Avenue in Walla Walla, Jasmine and Lizabeth were gone and there was blood in the house. Police say this happened around 8PM Thursday.

Officers believe Lizabeth was distraught over a break up and may be headed to Lewiston, Idaho. Jasmine and Lizabeth may be traveling in a 2005 white Jeep Cherokee with Washington license plate #552WUP.

Jasmine is believed to be in danger.
