More FEMA dogs Arrive to Search Oso Mudslide

OSO, WA - More dogs from search and rescue teams are joining join the search for victims of the Oso mudslide today.

FEMA has brought in 20 teams from all over the country to cover the 1,500 foot wide disaster area.

There are less than 200 FEMA certified dog and handler teams across the country.

Crews have been called in from as far off as New York, Florida and Maryland.

The dogs arriving today will be helping with the search already underway but will also provide much needed relief for those who have been searching for the last two weeks.
