NBCRightNow.com - This week we told you about ATVs soon to be hitting the streets of Prosser as part of a new ordinance. It could be a test to see how it will work throughout the counties.

When we met with the owner of Desert Valley Powersports he explained he will be speaking with Benton County commissioners about allowing people to drive ATVs on the public streets. He explained how it could save farmers and grape growers on vineyards both money and time.

"They do have to get on public roads from time to time from their land and run down to the next portion of their land without the risk of now getting a ticket by a Sheriff or who it may be. I think it's going to benefit them," said Tony Tarr who works at Desert Valley.

NBC Right Now wants to know what you think of the idea. Feel free to leave a comment here or on our facebook page.
