    WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says President Donald Trump has no intention of firing special counsel Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.    White House legislative director Marc Short said Sunday he has no reason to believe they would be removed despite Trump's increasing agitation over Mueller's probe into his campaign's ties to Russia. Rosenstein oversees that investigation.

    ANTIOCH, Tenn. - A 29-year-old man credited with saving many lives Sunday morning after he tackled and disarmed a man who opened fire inside a Waffle House in Antioch, Tennessee, early Sunday morning. The shooting left four people dead and four others hurt.  James Shaw Jr. said he doesn't feel like a hero and he was just trying to stay alive when he rushed the shooter, disarmed him, and tossed the gun over the counter.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - Fire crews are still trying to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a popular Japanese restaurant on the east end of downtown Spokane Sunday morning.  Firefighters were called to the Shogun restaurant around 3 a.m. and spent hours battling the blaze, but the restaurant was heavily damaged. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
