Trespass & Obstructing/5900 blk W Clearwater-
Male was at the bank creating a
disturbance and refusing to leave. He left just prior to Officer's arrival and the bank
asked that he be trespassed from the property. Officer Ayala attempted to contact the
subject refused to stop several times. Officer Ayala grabbed the suspect arm in an
attempt to stop him and he resisted and attempted to pull away. He was quickly
detained, arrested and was trespassed from the bank and booked at BCSO for
Disturbance/1000 blk W 4th Ave- Female confronted her neighbor concerning loud
music from her vehicle. She said she did confront her neighbor but did not cause a
disturbance. Officer Harris explained to her that she needs to call the police rather than
create a disturbance. She said she does not have a phone and if she did call the
neighbor would turn the music down before PD arrives. Officer Harris tried to explain
that she should not confront people and she advised that she is not talking to him
anymore. Officer Eilson took her information and when he tried to explain what would
eventually happen she stopped talking to him. Officer Grant attempted to explain and
she stopped talked to her and asked for a supervisor. Cpl. Clem talked to her and asked
for all the officers' names which she was given. .
Theft/100 blk N Olympia-
Complainant advised that his Trek mountain bike had been
parked on the side of his house and that at some point during the last two weeks
someone had taken the bike. He is attempting to find the serial number for the bike.
No suspect information.
Order Violation/200 blk N Fir- Complainant advised his girlfriend with whom he has an
order against violated the order by calling and texting him numerous times. She
admitted by phone to violating the order but stated that she had been staying with the
complainant at his request. She was on her way to Seattle and could not be contacted
in person. Report sent to the City Attorney for charges.
Theft/3600 blk W John Day Ave-
Mom called for her son who does not speak English.
He placed money orders into the mailbox on 03/02/14 to be mailed out. Today he
found that one of the envelopes had been torn open the money order taken. The other
envelope was missing entirely. A witness advised they had seen someone going through
the mail at about 0400 hrs today.
Destruction of Property/00 blk N Tweedt Pl- Complainant she said that someone
scratched and damaged the rear bumper on the passenger side of her vehicle. She
believes the damage may be related to a confrontation she had with her neighbor
regarding her dog urinating on the deck and the urine leaking through onto Tucker's her
babysitter. She had no other suspect info and only wanted the incident documented.
Malicious Mischief/3200 blk W 7th Ave- Complainant advised her fence was vandalized.
During the night on 04/02/14 she saw a light moving in the area. She checked the area
in the morning and found graffiti on the fence. No suspect information. GAP was
Assault DV/2800 blk W Kennewick Ave- Complainant stated her son`s father, Isaac
Anthony, came into the restaurant and had a little bit to eat. She asked him for money
to help take care of their son. She said they were leaving when a couple of guys that he
may know started fighting with him. She said after they stopped fighting, he didn`t
want to go to the bank but she made him go. When they got back to the restaurant, he
was angry and told her to get out of the vehicle. She claimed he punched her in the left
arm before she was able to get out of the vehicle and stated the van was moving
forward when he pushed her out of the van. She was able to land on her feet because
the speed of the van was so slow. KPD and BCSO were unable to locate the suspect. An
ATL was put out for Isaac over DATA. Follow-up to continue.
Theft/3200 blk W Kennewick Ave- Complainant reported that an unknown suspect took
his black 6' X 12' utility trailer WA/6497WY. The trailer was entered as stolen.
Order Violation/5th & Olympia- Officer Meyer investigated an order violation between
two 14 year old females. A JCR was forwarded to Juvenile PA.
Theft Shoplift/100 blk N Ely St- Officers Reil and Davis responded to a disturbance. The
store LP was attempting to stop a 35 year old male from Prosser for shoplifting. In an
attempt to get away from the LP, he fell down in the store hitting his head causing a
laceration. He was arrested by Officer Reil and transported to Trios for treatment and a
medical release then was booked into jail for theft.
Warrant Arrest/Kennewick &- Union St- Detectives stopped a vehicle occupied by a
male who was taken into custody for 1 warrant and booked into Benton County Jail.
Warrant Arrest/Clover Island- Detectives contacted a female at this location and
arrested her for 1 warrant. Detectives also received information that a second female
was inside the motel and that she was wanted by Richland PD for Auto Theft. Detectives
located the second female and arrested her. Both were booked into Benton County Jail.
Warrant Arrest/1100 blk W Entiat St-
Detectives located a female and arrested her for
1 warrant. She was booked into Benton County Jail.
Warrant Arrest/2600 blk W Kennewick Ave-
Detectives contacted a female and
arrested her for 1 warrant. She was booked into Benton County Jail.
Warrant Arrest/1600 blk S Palouse St- Detectives contacted male and arrested him for
3 warrants. He was booked into Benton County Jail.
