Suspected Getaway Driver In Doug Carlile Murder Arrested

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives have made another arrest in connection to the murder of Doug Carlile on December 15, 2013. Robby J. Wahrer, 33, has been arrested and will be charged with 2nd degree murder and conspiracy to commit 2nd degree murder.

Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives believe Wahrer was the driver of the van used to transport 1st degree murder suspect, Timothy Suckow on the evening of the murder.

Wahrer will make his first court appearance today at  1:30pm.

The Washington State Patrol says Trevor Schwarz was stopped in Kitsap County early Monday after a caller reported that a truck had tried to pull them over using emergency lights, passed them and then ran a red light.More >>
