Suspected Getaway Driver In Doug Carlile Murder Arrested

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives have made another arrest in connection to the murder of Doug Carlile on December 15, 2013. Robby J. Wahrer, 33, has been arrested and will be charged with 2nd degree murder and conspiracy to commit 2nd degree murder.

Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives believe Wahrer was the driver of the van used to transport 1st degree murder suspect, Timothy Suckow on the evening of the murder.

Wahrer will make his first court appearance today at  1:30pm.

    COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - Justin Booth, one of two suspects arrested in the murder investigation of Post Falls father Bo Kirk in 2016, agreed to a plea deal on Monday. Booth will plead guilty to murder and robbery charges, while other charges against him will be dropped. The maximum penalty he faces is two life sentences and the death penalty is no longer an option.
