Kennewick Police Looking for Hit & Run Driver

KENNEWICK, WA. - A man wanted for a hit and run has turned himself in to Kennewick police. Officers on Thursday cited Matt Oakley, 21, with a hit and run.


KENNEWICK, WA - Kennewick Police say a man driving a gold, mid-90's, two door, Honda Accord hit a pole at 16th and Rainier about 3:30 Wednesday afternoon then left the scene.

Witnesses describe the man as a white adult, wearing coveralls and a white hoodie. One of the witnesses asked the man if he and his dog were ok. He said "yes" and then told his dog "Bruce, get back in the car."  The dog was described as a brown and white boxer.  The front bumper was knocked off the car in the collision.
