EVERETT, WA - Claims have been filed on behalf of the estates of six more victims of the March 22 Oso mudslide.

The six victims named in the claims are related.

Named in the latest claims are the estates of 4-year-old Wyatt Ruthven, 6-year-old Hunter Ruthven, their parents Shane and Katie Ruthven, and their paternal grandparents, JuDee and Lewis Vandenburg.

Washington state and Snohomish County have 60 days to respond to Tuesday's claims before lawsuit proceedings could begin.

Lawyer Guy Michelson says the claims do not seek a specific damage amount.

Earlier this month, $3.5 million in claims were filed against the same government entities on behalf of the widow of mudslide victim Thomas Durnell.

The bodies of 41 victims have been recovered; two people are still listed as missing.
