SPOKANE, Wash. - Do you love the 80's? Do you love Bloomsday? This week's Throwback features some awesome footage from Bloomsday 25 years ago. Were you there? We'd like to know. The overall male/female winners in 1989 were John Halvorsen (his time: 34:21) and Lynn Williams (her time: 39:30). According to bloomsdayrun.org, 56,280 registered for the race, 52,457 finished.

    SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - He may be off the streets but one Spokane Valley man is causing a real concern. 46-year-old Steven Pallett was arrested for first degree kidnapping and first degree rape for a crime and the Spokane County Sheriff's Office believes there could be more victims.
