SPOKANE, Wash. - Do you love the 80's? Do you love Bloomsday? This week's Throwback features some awesome footage from Bloomsday 25 years ago. Were you there? We'd like to know. The overall male/female winners in 1989 were John Halvorsen (his time: 34:21) and Lynn Williams (her time: 39:30). According to bloomsdayrun.org, 56,280 registered for the race, 52,457 finished.

    DALLAS (AP) - Authorities say five people have been charged in a "smuggling scheme" following the fatal crash of an SUV that was fleeing Border Patrol agents and sheriff's deputies in South Texas.    Federal prosecutors announced the charges Tuesday in connection to the Sunday crash that killed at least five people .

    BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Authorities arrested a man at Boise Airport after TSA officers found a 7-inch blade concealed in his shoe.    KTVB-TV reports 67-year-old Donald Jackson, of Boise, was arrested Friday and charged with felony aircraft hijacking and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.    Police found a small amount of marijuana in Jackson's other shoe.
