PASCO, WA - Letter carriers in the Tri-Cities are teaming up with Second Harvest to help "Stamp Out Hunger" in the area.

On Saturday, May 10, residents are encouraged to put nonperishable food items in a grocery bag by their mailbox. Letter carriers will be around that day to pick up the donations along their postal routes.

All food donated will help stock the shelves at Second Harvest's food banks in Benton and Franklin counties. Stamp Out Hunger is one of the largest food drives throughout the nation and it will help benefit thousands in the Tri-Cities.
