Right now, Apgar on the west side and St. Mary campground on the east side are open.

Apgar is the park's largest campground with almost 200 camping sites. Like most other campgrounds in the Park, Apgar is a first-come first-serve basis at $20 a night.

"We love summer. Everybody here loves summer when the weather gets good and it's time to get out and enjoy the summer," said Denise Germann, a spokeswoman for the Park.

The Bowman Lake, Many Glacier, Sprague Creek, and Two Medicine campgrounds will all open later on this month. You can find out exactly when on the Park's website.
