The Seattle Seahawks traded back to grab another selection in the second and fourth rounds of the 2014 NFL Draft. The Seattle Seahawks traded back to grab another selection in the second and fourth rounds of the 2014 NFL Draft.
The Seattle Seahawks traded their first-round pick (No. 32 overall) to the Minnesota Vikings for their 2nd (No. 40) and 4th (No. 108) picks in the 2014 NFL Draft at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY on Thursday, May 8.

With the pick the Vikings selected former Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater after they had already drafted UCLA linebacker Anthony Barr with the ninth overall pick. 

This will be the first time in Seahawks franchise history that the team has not drafted a player in the first round for consecutive years. Last season Seattle's first pick came in the form of runnung back Christine Michael in the second round. 

The NFL Draft continues Friday, May 9, at 3:30 p.m. PDT. The Seahawks will have the eighth and 32nd pick in the second round when it kicks off again on tomorrow.
