RICHLAND, WA - A local restaurant and night club is chipping in to help with recovery efforts at the Oso mudslide. A two day concert starts Friday at the Emerald of Siam in the Uptown Mall in Richland.

Fourteen local and touring bands will play a variety of music.  All proceeds go to the North Counties Family Services Relief Fund in Darrington.

"Somebody actually asked me if I'd be interested in hosting a benefit and I said definitely. I asked the music community if anyone would like to participate and I got so many offers right away that we changed it from a one evening event to a one and a half day thing here at the Emerald," said club owner Dara Quinn.

The Benefit for Oso concert starts at 5:00 pm Friday and goes until 2:00 am Saturday. It starts again at noon Saturday and lasts until 2:00 am Sunday.   For more information click here:
