Marshawn Lynch made waves during the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl run for his lack of media availability and his shy nature in front of the camera when he did speak in a public forum. Now he is going to be part of a movie that highlights the struggles and triumphs of his own life.

Lynch even let teammate Michael Robinson answer for him after he awkwardly answered questions for the media before Super Bowl XLVIII.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, Lynch will star in a movie about his own life entitled, "Family First." The film reportedly has a distributor, Relativity Media, and is scheduled to release sometime near the end of 2014. 

From the Mercury News article:

The project is a coming-of-age film that embarks on a journey through Lynch’s life. It will chronicle his childhood years and his growth as a football player — his triumphs at Oakland Tech, his break into stardom at Cal, his NFL growth capped with a championship this year.

But mostly, it will reveal the context of what shaped him. His struggles. His triumphs. His mistakes. His family.
And he wants to tell it, even if it means making himself vulnerable to the cameras and critics.

“I’m more than ready to play myself,” Lynch said with a laugh. “I got the acting bug when I played a small role in ‘Matt’s Chance’ starring Gary Busey. I definitely want to expand my opportunities after football. I’ve also been on a couple TV shows, so I’m not nervous.”

The Mercury News also reported that Lynch has already attended a casting call for the movie and is very excited to begin shooting, even joining in with the actors as they improvised scenes.

The film's title seems like a play on the name of Lynch's charity, Fam 1st Family Foundation, which "is dedicated to uplifting and empowering youth in the Bay Area and throughout the United States. The foundation’s mission is one of empowerment and education,aiming to build self-esteem and academic learning skills in underprivileged youth."

Lynch has previously been in a few television shows and has already acted in the the dark comedy "Matt's Chance" that released in 2013. He is briefly in the trailer for "Matt's Chance, which you can watch here: http://bit.ly/1gdwD8J
